Tree Mania, Part 2

We thought we had finished the tree cutting/fire mitgation. Then we went up to the lot one day and there were many more blue dots (marker on tree that means 'cut it down'). We thought we were a little bit crazy until Brian called the County. "Yep, we marked more trees," they said.


Paul and Betsy came out to visit on Oct. 12. Paul came up to the lot that Saturday morning and took down almost all of the new blue dots. Thanks!! The rest of us joined him Saturday afternoon. While Brian and Paul were taking off limbs and cutting up the trunks, Betsy and I were working on stacking wood. Another productive day on the lot.

The digging for the well has been started. Brant hit water at 410' but is going to keep digging to see if he can find more water deeper. Precision Drilling has been great.
