Mama Mitchell Visits

My mom came out for an extended weekend. We did the usual mother-daughter stuff like lunch with friends, shopping and walks. She also helped us prep for a back deck. It was the first time she'd seen our home which was fun to share with her. It was a wonderful visit.

We met up with Jessica's mom (another CO transplant and former Bexley resident) for lunch.

Summit of Turtle Rock. This is a hike we do from our house. It provides great views of the surrounding area as well as the Indian Peaks, Longs Peak, Gross Reservoir and more!The wildflowers beginning to bloom.
