Almost Home

Meet Eden:

Brian has been on a puppy retrieving expedition this weekend.  They are almost home.  He just emailed this photo to me.  I have no idea where this was taken.   She sure is cute, huh?  It's possible that it is just the angle of the photo, but do her paws look almost the same size as her head?  Yes, we'll be raising another big one!

She is a Kangal. Kangals are a Turkish livestock guarding breed.  They are thought to be related to the early mastiff-type dogs depicted in Assyrian art.  You can learn more about Kangals here: http://www.kangalclub.com/.
