I took Logan on his first road trip this past weekend. We drove out to Ridgway, CO to see our friends Johanna and Nick. What a wonderful weekend! It was great to spend some time with the Wasser Family; not to mention a welcome change of scenery. We checked out the house that they are building, went for a hike, shared some wonderful meals and reconnected with good friends.

While we were checking out the house, a cow in a neighboring field took herself on a walk. She came up close to the house to check on the progress - town inspector? The local cop and sheriff worked to get her back home (which they did eventually) but it was a bit of a scene for a few minutes!
